When Chris Strait was merely 8 years old, he was introduced to boxing.
Granted, it was through Rocky movies, but after his mother told him real
boxing was not like that, he decided to check it out for himself. He has
been hooked on the sport for the past 24 years, since. After hundreds of
backyard boxing matches, and a few amateur tournaments, he retired
from his own ambitions to pursue his other passion, Stand-Up Comedy.
He never lost interest in the sport, however, writing for such
websites and magazines as CyberBoxing.com, Boxing Digest,
BoxingTalk.com, Boxing Wise, Boxing Central, in addition to hosting his
own internet boxing webcasts.
